Knuckles

Meow! My name is Knuckles. I am one of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. I have been here the longest out of all of the residents here; over 800 days! This is probably due to my FeLV+ status. Despite my diagnosis, I have never let anything slow me down! Whoever adopts me would need to keep a close eye on my health, but otherwise I live a very normal life! I am not on any medication and I have not had a flare up in over a year. I like to play, cuddle, and have my tummy rubbed. I also have a very loud purr. Sometimes I prefer to hide out, so I would enjoy having some sort of cubby or other safe space to retreat to. Because of my FeLV+ diagnosis, I would do better in a home as an only cat or possibly in a home with other FeLV+ kitties! FeLV is not contagious to dogs or people so I would love having a house full of friends of all ages, although a low-stress environment would be best. Please do not let my diagnosis scare you away. I am a lovebug who has never had a home to call my own, and I just need someone to see me for me.
