Retirement living with all the amenities

Both of our cat shelters offer a Retirement Home for cats at least 8 years old, providing lifelong care for a one-time fee of $7,500—with deposit and payment plan options available. For your senior cat to be eligible for the care program, you must prove that he or she has:

  • Undergone spaying or neutering
  • Received a full blood panel (CBC) from a veterinarian
  • Received the FVRCP (distemper) vaccination within the last year
  • Tested negative for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) and feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV)
  • Shown general wellness, without any signs of illness
  • Shown comfort with being held and picked up, without any signs of aggression
  • Gotten his or her nails trimmed
  • Shown the ability to get along with other cats

A cat sanctuary of environmental enrichment

Our Retirement Homes are environmentally enriched to encourage activity and relaxation for the health and wellness of our retirement cats. In these environments promoting their natural behaviors, they regularly receive high-quality food, special dental and medical care, and individual attention, ensuring their golden years are some of their best years. We even maintain a fully equipped clinic on-site.
